Mike Kavis at MadGreek shows us ways to effectively sell SOA to businesses. The trick is to consider what any good salesperson would do, and that is to talk in THEIR language and to their strengths. In essence give them what they want – the ability to automate processes and workflows, and most of all, save money.

Michael Krigsman gives examples in his post on five ways to fail at IT training. He cites lousy training, change management, and documentation as being among the top failure-inducing mistakes that IT implementation teams perpetrate against their projects.
